学龄前不同助听方式听障儿童和健听儿童情感语调识别能力比较

Comparison of Vocal Emotion Recognition between Preschool Children with Hearing Aids,Cochlear Implants and Normal Hearing

摘要
目的探讨学龄前佩戴助听器、人工耳蜗植入儿童对高兴和难过两种情感语调的识别特点,为其听觉言语康复提供参考。方法选取3~5岁佩戴助听器儿童21例、人工耳蜗植入儿童55例以及健听儿童44例,由1位有表演经验的女性分别用高兴和难过两种语调表述6个语义中性的句子,共12句话,以此作为测试材料对三类儿童进行情感语调识别测试,分析听障儿童情感语调识别特点。结果佩戴助听器和人工耳蜗植入儿童的情感语调识别能力显著落后于同龄健听儿童,但佩戴助听器儿童和人工耳蜗植入儿童之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三类儿童对高兴和难过语调的识别能力均随着年龄增长不断提高;三类儿童对高兴与难过语调的识别得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学龄前佩戴助听器和人工耳蜗植入儿童对高兴与难过语调的识别能力显著落后于同龄健听儿童,但也具备了的利用韵律信息进行语调识别的能力。
