摘要

<正>耳鸣是当没有外界声源时察觉到的一种声音,根据2014年美国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会颁布的耳鸣临床应用指南,耳鸣分为原发性耳鸣和继发性耳鸣([1])。原发性耳鸣是指特发性的、可能与感音神经性听力损失相关的耳鸣,是一种主观性耳鸣;继发性耳鸣是指除了感音神经性听力损失以外的、有特定原因或能够发现器质性病变的耳鸣([1])。原发性耳鸣是指特发性的、可能与感音神经性听力损失相关的耳鸣,是一种主观性耳鸣;继发性耳鸣是指除了感音神经性听力损失以外的、有特定原因或能够发现器质性病变的耳鸣([1]),可以是客观性耳鸣也可以是主观性耳鸣,临床上大多数耳鸣是
