经耳道内镜手术研究进展

摘要
<正>现代耳外科技术建立在光线良好且具有放大功能的显微镜的使用上,手术疗效及安全性大为提高,并被认为是一种金标准的治疗方法。但显微镜只能观察物镜轴线正前方的组织结构,术中不能观察到隐蔽部位病变,需牺牲一些正常结构以显露病变。近10多年来,随着内镜技术和手术器械的发展,直径细小、照明良好、分辨率高、且具有一定放大倍数的耳内镜逐渐应用于耳显微外科手术中,如鼓膜修补、上鼓室胆脂瘤切除等中耳病变,甚至延伸至内耳
