内耳3D-FLAIR序列MRI造影显示梅尼埃病患者内淋巴积水的效果

The Value of Vestibular Endolymphatic Hydrops in MRI Imaging of Meniere's Disease

摘要
目的探讨3D-FLAIR序列磁共振成像(MRI)对单侧梅尼埃病患者前庭积水和耳蜗积水的显示效果。方法对48例符合临床诊断标准的单侧梅尼埃病患者进行鼓室注射钆喷酸葡胺(生理盐水稀释8倍),24小时后使用3.0T磁场强度3D-FLAIR序列进行内耳MRI成像检查,观察前庭积水和耳蜗积水的情况。结果 48例患者中,42例(87.5%)患耳前庭积水阳性,阴性6例(12.5%);耳蜗明确积水5例(10.4%),明确无积水11例(22.9%),无法判定32例(66.7%)。结论 3D-FLAIR序列内耳增强MRI造影检查对前庭积水的显示较好,对耳蜗积水显示欠佳。
