不同病程水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者手法复位疗效分析

摘要

目的探讨病程是否会影响水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,HC-BPPV)手法复位的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2017年12月确诊的282例原发性HC-BPPV患者的临床资料,全部患者按病程分为短期组(病程≤1周)、中期组(病程8～30天)、中长期组(病程31～180天)及长期组(病程>180天),各组均经Barbecue或李氏复位法治疗,记录首次复位后3天及1周的疗效,比较各组复位治疗的有效率。结果短期、中期、中长期及长期组患者手法复位后3天时的有效率分别为92.63%、88.14%、87.50%、88.24%,1周时的有效率分别为99.47%、96.61%、100%、100%,各组治疗有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 HC-BPPV患者的病程长短并不影响手法复位的短期疗效。
