正常男性听性脑干反应潜伏期与耳优势的研究

摘要

目的探讨正常男青年的中枢传导时间与语言偏侧化之间的相互关系。方法对20例正常青年男性进行click声、短纯音和言语声诱发的听性脑干反应(ABR)测试,并进行以辅音-元音(CV)单音节为刺激组的英文分听测试,分听测试分别在无被迫注意模式(non-forced attention,NF)、右耳被迫注意模式(forced-right attention,FR)和左耳被迫注意模式(forced-left attention,LR)下进行;用听性脑干反应的潜伏期表示中枢传导时间,语言偏侧化以耳优势右耳的得分减左耳得分的形式表示,分析ABR潜伏期与耳优势之间的相关性。结果在NF和LR模式下,中枢传导时间(ABR潜伏期)与耳优势之间无相关性,相关系数r<0.5(P>0.05),但在FR模式下,中枢传导时间与耳优势之间显著相关,相关系数r>0.5(P<0.05)。结论正常青年男性中枢传导时间与耳优势之间互不影响,但是,在注意力影响下,耳优势与中枢传导时间之间存在一定关联。
