<正>皮层听觉诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potentials,CAEP)是由听觉刺激和电刺激引起的外周和中枢听觉系统的电反应[1],自上世纪六七十年代以来一直是人们关注和研究的热点。在过去,CAEP主要应用于评估成人听敏度和不能配合行为测试受试者的客观听阈测试,如:新生儿、听神经病、自闭症、智力障碍和老年痴呆患者等。目前,随着信息科学的进步,CAEP技术具有更高的灵敏度和特异性,以及可以自动检测、分析和记录皮
