双耳双模式助听语前聋儿童嗓音基频和元音共振峰分析

Analysis of the Voice Fundamental Frequency and Vowel Formants in Children with Binaural Dual-mode Hearing Aid

摘要
目的探讨一侧植入人工耳蜗(cochlear implant,CI)、对侧配戴助听器(hearing aid,HA)的双耳双模式助听(CIHA)语前聋儿童嗓音基频和元音共振峰的特征,为听障儿童的语训提供参考。方法选取3~6周岁语训半年以上、言语清晰度97分以上、助听听阈均在香蕉图内的CIHA儿童(CIHA组)和3~6周岁健听儿童(健听组)各25例,用VS-99语音工作站检测两组对象发/a/、/o/、/e/、/i/、/u/、/ü/6个元音的基频和第一、二、三共振峰并进行对比。结果 CIHA组6个元音平均基频为306.39±31.08Hz,健听组平均基频为296.01±24.33Hz,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CIHA组元音/a/、/o/和/i/的第一、二、三共振峰频率与健听组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),元音/e/的第一、二、三共振峰频率明显低于健听组(P<0.05),元音/u/和/ü/的第一共振峰频率和健听组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),元音/u/的第二共振峰频率明显高于健听组,第三共振峰频率明显低于健听组(均为P<0.05),而元音/ü/的第二及第三共振峰频率均低于健听组(均为P<0.05)。结论本研究CIHA组与健听组嗓音基频相同,元音共振峰频率有差异,这可能是引起CIHA儿童发音音色及音准不同的原因之一。
