<正>助听装置可根据听障人士的听力损失状况实现对各种环境声尤其是言语声的选择性放大,但并不能满足他们,尤其是婴幼儿和儿童对所有聆听环境的需求,其中最大的限制在于它们不能处理下列条件下的语音通信细节:当有竞争噪声时、聆听者不能接近讲话者或扬声器时,甚至两种情况同时发生时。清晰、完整的言语语音信号,可以极大地帮助提高儿童口头语言的表达和阅读能力的发展,听障者配戴助听器后与正常听力耳依然存在差异,其差异主要
