摘要

<正>嗓音医学是探讨生理和病理状态下的发声功能,并对嗓音障碍的原因、发病机制、治疗方法进行研究,使嗓音保持良好状态的一门学科。嗓音医学在我国起步相对较晚,虽然经过几十年的努力取得了一些成绩,但由于缺少专业设置及对专业人员的培训,目前对嗓音疾病的定义、命名、分类等方面仍存在不规范的问题。因此,为了推动学科发展,规范嗓音疾病的诊断和治疗,有必要统一嗓音疾病的分类;根据国际上对疾病的分类原则,按嗓音疾病的发
