国际语言测试材料在汉语普通话听力正常青年人可接受噪声级测试中的应用

Application of International Speech Test Signal on Acceptable Noise Level Test in Mandarin Adults with Normal Hearing

摘要
目的探讨国际语言测试材料(international speech test signal,ISTS)对汉语普通话人群进行可接受噪声级(acceptable noise level,ANL)测试的可行性。方法采用汉语普通话ANL测试材料和国际语言测试材料(ISTS),对40例听力正常青年人进行ANL测试,获得并比较两种测试材料下的最舒适响度级(most comfortable loudness,MCL)、最大背景噪声级(background noise level,BNL),根据ANL=MCL-BNL计算出ANL值。结果40例听力正常青年人汉语普通话测试材料和ISTS测试材料下的MCL值分别为39.31±6.97、41.85±7.60dB HL,BNL值分别为37.59±8.45、39.27±8.66dB HL,ANL值分别为1.53±5.61、2.45±5.58dB,汉语普通话测试材料和ISTS测试材料下测得的MCL值、BNL值和ANL值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论可用国际语言测试材料对汉语普通话听力正常青年人进行ANL测试。
