音乐训练用于人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉言语康复训练效果分析

The Effects of Music Training on Speech Rehabilitation in Pediatric Cochlear Implants

摘要
目的探讨天使语训听能康复系统中音乐训练用于人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉言语康复训练的效果。方法 14例单侧人工耳蜗植入的先天性语前聋儿童随机分为观察组(58岁,平均6.12±1.46岁)和对照组(58岁,平均6.12±1.46岁)和对照组(57岁,平均5.86±0.90岁),每组7例,对照组儿童仅接受康复中心提供的言语训练,观察组儿童在接受言语训练的同时使用天使语训听能康复系统进行音乐训练,两组儿童的训练疗程均为30天;比较两组儿童训练前后听觉言语水平、音乐感知能力、社交心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组儿童训练前社交焦虑量表(social anxiety scale for children,SASC)得分为11±3.27分,训练后为15.71±1.89分,训练前音符辨别测试得分为30.86±13.61分,训练后为42.29±13.24分;对照组儿童训练前社交焦虑量表(SASC)得分为12.71±2.93分,训练后为14.57±3.51分,训练前音符辨别测试得分为33.14±11.48,训练后为36.57±10.44;训练后观察组两种测试项目得分均较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在言语训练的基础上加入音乐训练可有效提高本组人工耳蜗植入儿童的音乐及言语感知能力,改善儿童社交心理状态,提高其生活质量,并可缓解听障儿童家长的心理压力及焦虑状态。
