单侧传导性或混合性听力损失者使用索菲康软带骨导助听器前后噪声下言语识别能力比较

Speech Recognition in Noise of the Unilateral Conductive or Mixed Hearing Impaired Patients using Sophonotron Bone Conduction Hearing Aid with Softband

摘要
目的比较单侧传导性或混合性听力损失患者配戴软带骨导助听器前后噪声下的言语识别能力。方法 12例(12耳)单侧传导性或混合性听力损失患者(男5例,女7例,年龄1663岁)患侧均配戴索菲康Alpha 2型软带骨导助听器并调试至最佳,测试助听听阈,并以噪声下BKB语句测试(Bamford-Kowal-Bench speech in noise,BKB-SIN)检测配戴前后的信噪比损失(SNR loss),以此评估噪声下言语识别能力。结果 12耳配戴软带骨导助听器前后0.5、1、2 kHz平均气导听阈分别为60.97±18.82 dB HL和34.99±10.84 dB HL,佩戴后听阈显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。12耳配戴软带骨导助听器时的平均信噪比损失为5.91±6.07 dB,较裸耳时(13.64±10.93 dB)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论佩戴索菲康Alpha 2软带骨导助听器能显著提高本组单侧传导性或混合性听力损失患者噪声下的言语识别能力。
