无残边鼓膜大穿孔鼓膜成形术式及临床应用进展

摘要
<正>鼓膜成形术([1])是指应用组织移植技术修复鼓膜穿孔,恢复鼓膜完整性并提高听力的手术,其原理是通过移植物为鼓膜穿孔边缘上皮再生提供支架,因此移植方法正确与否对于鼓膜穿孔愈合、鼓膜愈合形态及术后听功能的恢复至关重要。不同鼓膜成形术式应用于不同大小、不同部位的鼓膜穿孔,其术后移植物修复成功率亦不同,而鼓膜穿孔面积越大移植物修复成功率越低([1])是指应用组织移植技术修复鼓膜穿孔,恢复鼓膜完整性并提高听力的手术,其原理是通过移植物为鼓膜穿孔边缘上皮再生提供支架,因此移植方法正确与否对于鼓膜穿孔愈合、鼓膜愈合形态及术后听功能的恢复至关重要。不同鼓膜成形术式应用于不同大小、不同部位的鼓膜穿孔,其术后移植物修复成功率亦不同,而鼓膜穿孔面积越大移植物修复成功率越低([2])。目前,运用传统鼓膜成形术(内置法、外置法和夹层法)可完成大部分穿孔鼓
