<正>周围神经损伤可以导致毁灭性的功能残疾,影响生活质量,在美国每年造成成千上万人严重的社会和经济负担([1])。周围神经损伤多数由外伤或者手术引起,修复和重建周围神经缺损一直是世界性的难题,一般来说,大部分周围神经损伤超过3厘米就将导致神经功能恢复不良。以往神经自体移植术被认为是外周神经修复的"金标准",但是应用显微外
