<正>目前,用于诱导耳鸣的实验动物模型所采用的药物和方法主要包括:声刺激、应用水杨酸钠和奎宁;水杨酸是阿司匹林的代谢产物,服用小剂量水杨酸对神经和听觉系统可起到保护作用[1],服用高剂量的水杨酸钠或阿司匹林可以引起耳鸣;可逆性听力下降、耳鸣、听觉敏感度下降、言语识别率下降是水杨酸钠对听觉系统毒副作用较明显的几大症状[1],服用高剂量的水杨酸钠或阿司匹林可以引起耳鸣;可逆性听力下降、耳鸣、听觉敏感度下降、言语识别率下降是水杨酸钠对听觉系统毒副作用较明显的几大症状[2,3]。耳鸣往往是首发症状,以中等强度的高调
