摘要
<正>喉肌电图(laryngeal electromyography,LEMG)是评估喉部肌肉与神经功能状态的一项技术,1944年被Weddell等([1])首次描述。随着对喉肌电图检查设备和手段的改进,喉肌电图的应用越来越广,其在发声障碍的诊断、损伤程度评估、术中监测、预后判断及治疗中都扮演着重要角色。但由于喉肌的解剖精细复杂,致放置电极困难,同时作为一
