非线性频率压缩助听器对汉语耳聋患者音质感知的影响

The Effects of Nonlinear Frequency Compression on Sound Quality Perception by Hearing-Impaired Listeners

摘要
目的探讨非线性频率压缩(nonlinear frequency compression,NLFC)技术对汉语耳聋患者音质感知的影响。方法 23例无助听器佩戴经验的成年双侧中、重度感音神经性聋患者,初次选配具有NLFC功能的Phonak Bolero Q系列耳背式助听器(均双耳助听),选配结束后立即进行音质感知测试,测试音(男声、女声、鸟鸣、音乐和自己的声音)通过Matlab软件经扬声器随机播放,给声强度为65dBSPL;NLFC设置为截止频率4.96kHz,压缩比为1.5,患者分别在NLFC开启和关闭条件下对测试音在响度、清晰度、自然程度和总体感觉四方面的音质进行评价,分数越高,表示患者对测试音音质的满意度越高。结果 23例患者在NLFC开启和关闭条件下的6、8kHz助听听阈差异有统计学意义,前者优于后者(P<0.05),而4kHz助听听阈差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者在NLFC开启和关闭条件下对上述五种测试音在响度、清晰度、自然程度和总体感觉四个方面的音质感知评分差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 NLFC开启和关闭对初次使用该技术助听器的患者在音质感知方面无明显影响。
