声带矛盾运动临床特征分析

摘要

目的分析声带矛盾运动(paradoxical vocal fold motion disorder,PVFMD)的临床特点。方法回顾性分析3例PVFMD患者的临床资料,分析症状、体征、电子喉镜检查结果及疗效。结果 3例患者中,男1例,女2例,年龄分别为83、68、76岁,临床主要表现为阵发性憋气及呼吸困难1例,反复咳嗽伴咽异物感2例(病程46月),发作时均有喘鸣,喉镜检查均可见吸气相声带内收现象,给予呼吸训练及制酸治疗症状缓解,随访一月显效2例,1例失访。结论 PVFMD的临床特点为患者反复咳嗽、憋气、声嘶并喉鸣,喉镜下可见典型吸气相声带内收。
