先天性中耳畸形的诊断与治疗

<正>先天性中耳畸形在临床上较为常见,既可与耳廓畸形、外耳道畸形合并存在,也可单独发生,主要表现为传导性听力损失,少数为混合性或感音神经性听力损失。诊断主要依据病史(自幼听力障碍或伴有外耳畸形)、听力学检查(传导性或以传导性为主的混合性听力损失)及颞骨高分辨率CT检查结果进行综合判断。除了合并先天性外耳道狭窄者(因其容易并发胆脂瘤,手术以切除胆脂瘤、预防并发症为主)外,先天性中耳畸形治疗的目的为改善患
