摘要

<正>良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)是最常见的眩晕疾病,约占眩晕疾病的20%([1])。随着年龄的增长,BPPV发病率不断升高。以往认为眩晕患儿中不存在BPPV,但随着对BPPV认识的不断深入,国外文献对儿童BPPV已经有了相关报道,认为儿童在前庭器官未完全发育成熟时也可罹患BPPV([1])。随着年龄的增长,BPPV发病率不断升高。以往认为眩晕患儿中不存在BPPV,但随着对BPPV认识的不断深入,国外文献对儿童BPPV已经有了相关报道,认为儿童在前庭器官未完全发育成熟时也可罹患BPPV([2,3])。本文报
