支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难相关因素研究进展

<正>支撑喉镜在临床应用广泛,特别是近20年来CO_2激光联合支撑喉镜治疗喉部疾病,进一步推动了喉显微外科的发展,但支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难(difficultal laryngeal exposure,DLE)不仅影响手术操作还增加术中术后并发症的发生。有学者分析了1 120例支撑喉镜手术患者的临床资料,发现声门暴露困难的发生率约为1.88%[1]。然而针对支撑
