言语残疾人的孤独感及相关影响因素分析

An Analysis of Loneliness and Its Related Influencing Factors in Individuals with Speech Disability

摘要

目的分析言语残疾人孤独感的检出率及相关因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样法抽取武汉市204例社区言语残疾人,年龄≥18岁,完成一般情况问卷、单一孤独感自评问题和社会支持量表问卷调查,统计分析孤独感的检出率及其相关影响因素。结果共发放问卷204份,170例残疾人(83.33%,平均年龄43.1±13.7岁)完成问卷,46.47%(79/170)的言语残疾人报告经常感到孤独,女性(OR=2.45)、目前无业(OR=2.95)、一二级残疾(OR=4.35)、合并慢性病(OR=6.50)和低社会支持利用度(OR=2.58)与言语残疾人孤独感风险升高显著相关(P=0.0020.046)。结论本组言语残疾人孤独感检出率较高,对女性、无业、残疾程度重、患有慢性躯体病和社会支持利用度低的言语残疾人应加强心理卫生服务。
