<正>听力损失一般定义为听觉对声刺激的敏感度下降,即听觉阈值升高。噪声对听阈的影响是动态的和部分可逆的,过度噪声暴露后听阈可能发生一过性升高,称之为暂时性阈移(temporary threshold shift,TTS),随着时间推移,升高的阈值在数天内可完全或不完全恢复,而不能恢复的部分称为永久性阈移(permanent threshold shift,PTS)。一般认
