<正>眼性前庭诱发肌源性电位(ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials,oVEMP)是一种评估前庭耳石器功能的新方法,主要反映前庭-眼动反射,可以对椭圆囊及前庭上神经功能进行评估,临床上可以用于梅尼埃病、前庭神经炎、上半规管裂综合征等疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断。本文综述oVEMP的研究现状及主要的临床应用。1 oVEMP概述强大的声音刺激和骨导振动可以兴奋人类的前
