正常青年男性胸腔共鸣特征与共鸣腔体积和肺活量的相关性

Relationship between Chest Volume and Pleural Resonance Features in Young Male Adults

摘要
目的了解正常青年男性胸腔共鸣腔体积、肺活量与胸腔共鸣特征的相关性。方法选取60例符合入选标准的正常青年男性,应用多通道语音分析系统检测受试者发/a:/音时胸腔共鸣的频谱特征,统计0999Hz(FR1)、1 000999Hz(FR1)、1 0001 999Hz(FR2)、2 0001 999Hz(FR2)、2 0002 999Hz(FR3)、3 0002 999Hz(FR3)、3 0004 000Hz(FR4)频段能量分布情况;应用多层螺旋CT快速三维重建方法对深吸气末胸腔进行快速成像,计算共鸣腔(气管、支气管及肺部)体积;应用言语发声空气动力学系统行肺活量检测,采用SPSS18.0统计软件对各组数据进行Pearson相关分析。结果正常青年男性肺活量为4.31±0.63L,胸腔共鸣腔体积为5.69±0.52L,共振能量集中在FR1(53.38%±2.14%),其他频段依次递减(FR230.72%±1.59%,FR310.53%±2.75%,FR45.35%±2.32%);共鸣腔体积与FR1高度正相关(r=0.854),与FR2中度正相关(r=0.740),与FR3中度负相关(r=-0.587),与FR4中度负相关(r=-0.565);肺活量与FR1中度正相关(r=0.744),与FR2中度正相关(r=0.699),与FR3中度负相关(r=-0.632),与FR4低度负相关(r=-0.429)。结论正常青年男性胸腔共鸣腔体积及肺活量与胸腔共鸣能量分布有很高的相关性,胸腔共鸣腔体积、肺活量可能是影响发音效果的因素之一。
