耳蜗血-迷路屏障与噪声性听力损伤

摘要
<正>噪声对听力的损害已被人们广泛认识,其对耳蜗的损伤程度取决于噪声的强度和噪声暴露持续时间,高强度的脉冲噪声能够直接导致耳蜗的机械性损伤,而较低强度的噪声可引起内耳感觉细胞的代谢变化并最终启动细胞凋亡[1,2]。噪声性聋的代谢障碍学说认为噪声暴露后,体内自由基产生过多、钙超载、谷氨酸堆积和血-迷路屏障(blood-labyrinth barrier,BLB)通透性增加是噪声性听力损失
