耳鸣残疾问卷中文版的信度和效度检验及其临床应用

摘要

目的检验爱荷华大学耳鸣残疾问卷(tinnitus handicap questionnaire,THQ)中文版的信度和效度,为其临床应用提供依据。方法对206例以耳鸣为第一主诉、病程大于3个月的耳鸣患者采用THQ进行调查,并填写一般情况调查表及耳鸣残疾评估量表(tinnitus handicap inventory,THI),同时行纯音测听及耳鸣匹配检测。对THQ量表的信度和效度进行检验,对THQ的得分及THQ与耳鸣相关因素的关系进行分析。结果 206份THQ中文版量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.93,分半信度系数为0.91,重测信度为0.96。171例患者THQ得分与THI得分的相关系数为0.745。THQ与耳鸣患者相对差耳听力显著相关,听力损失程度越重,THQ量表总得分越高。THQ得分与年龄、性别、侧别、全身合并症、病程及耳鸣匹配无关。结论中文版THQ量表具有较高的信度和效度,可以用于临床评估耳鸣对患者生活造成的影响。
