耳鸣患者焦虑状况分析

An Analysis of Anxiety in Tinnitus Population

摘要

目的分析以耳鸣为第一主诉患者的焦虑状况。方法 224例以耳鸣为第一主诉的患者填写焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、普通话版耳鸣残疾评估量表[Chinese(Mandarin)tinnitus handicap inventory,THI-CM],分析耳鸣患者的焦虑状况。结果 224例耳鸣患者焦虑自评量表平均标准得分为46±12.55分,无焦虑(<50分)、轻度焦虑(5059分)、中度焦虑(6059分)、中度焦虑(6069分)、重度焦虑(≥70分)者分别占65.63%(147/224)、20.54%(46/224)、8.04%(18/224)、5.80%(13/224);男性和女性耳鸣患者SAS平均标准得分分别为46.35±12.81、46.28±12.40分,男女间SAS平均标准得分及不同焦虑程度者SAS平均标准得分差异均无统计学意义;青年组、中年组、老年组SAS平均标准分分别为47.72±12.80、44.56±12.83、40.28±7.24分,青年组SAS得分高于老年组(P<0.01);耳鸣时间和SAS标准得分Pearson相关性为0.36(P=0.594),THI-CM和SAS的Pearson相关性为0.548(P<0.01)。结论大部分耳鸣患者不伴或仅有轻度焦虑,少数耳鸣患者(13.84%)伴中度或重度焦虑情绪;焦虑情绪使耳鸣导致的残疾程度增加,耳鸣患者的焦虑情绪与性别、耳鸣病程无关;青年组耳鸣患者焦虑程度高于老年组。
