<正>助听器高频信号的放大存在一定局限性,原因如下:1由于响度过大和/或音质失真造成患者的不舒适;2即使可听度有一定程度的提升,患者的频率分辨率依然无法恢复;3增益不足;4声反馈。这些局限会导致高频增益补偿无效,甚至在某些情况下还有害[1,2]。其实,在助听器带宽与频谱信息方面,无论是传统的高频放大还是频率降低(frequency lowering,FL)技术都存在局限性;此外,频率降低技
