<正>视频头脉冲试验(video-head impulse test,vHIT)是在头脉冲试验[1](head impulse test,HIT)的基础之上演变而来的用以评估前庭眼动反射(vestibular-ocular reflex,VOR)功能的新技术。vHIT是近年来较受关注的高频前庭诱发性试验,作为眩晕患者床边检查中的一种,可有效鉴别中枢性与外周性前庭疾病[2];由于其具有设备简单便携、重复性好、耗时短、患者易耐受等优点日渐受到重视。然而,vHIT目前在临床尚未广泛推广应用,其
