不同部位参考电极诱发的豚鼠听性脑干反应差异分析

摘要
目的分析不同部位参考电极诱发豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)的差异。方法健康豚鼠12只(24耳),分别采用双侧耳廓或双侧乳突作为参考电极,鼻尖部为接地电极,颅顶为记录电极,给予短声刺激,分别观察以耳廓和乳突为参考电极时的ABR波形、反应阈、潜伏期、波间期。结果两种部位参考电极记录的ABR反应阈,波Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ潜伏期,Ⅰ-Ⅲ波间期差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着刺激声强减弱,参考电极置于双侧耳廓时,ABR波Ⅱ波形稳定、清晰,振幅下降幅度低于其他各波,最后消失;参考电极置于双侧乳突时,ABR波Ⅲ振幅下降幅度低于除波Ⅳ以外的其他各波,最后消失,同时Ⅱ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ波间期缩短。在刺激声强下降2040dB nHL时,两种部位参考电极记录的ABR波Ⅳ振幅增大、潜伏期前移,Ⅲ-Ⅳ波间期缩短,此现象在双侧乳突记录的ABR波形中更显著。结论同等刺激条件下参考电极置于耳廓记录的ABR波Ⅱ和参考电极置于乳突记录的ABR波Ⅲ波形稳定易辨,两种部位参考电极记录的ABR反应阈、潜伏期、波间期无明显差异;以耳廓为参考电极记录的ABR波Ⅱ可作为豚鼠ABR反应阈的观察指标。
