嗓音障碍听感知评估汉语普通话朗读文本的设计

摘要
目的设计一篇可用于嗓音障碍听感知评估的汉语普通话朗读文本。方法自行设计一篇涵盖汉语普通话所有音素朗读文本《生日礼物》,采用Pearson’s相关系数和Spearman相关系数检验其与中国科学院声学研究所统计的汉语声母、韵母和声调构成比的相关性,并采用配对样本t检验和Wilcoxon符号秩检验来检验两者间声母、韵母和声调构成比的差异性,使用易读性公式来检验该短文的易读性。结果朗读文本《生日礼物》含21个声母,38个韵母,4种声调,其声母、韵母和声调构成比与中国科学院声学研究所提出的声母、韵母及声调构成比高度相关,其中,声母构成比的Pearson’s相关系数和Spearman相关系数分别为0.802、0.808,均为P<0.01;韵母构成比的Pearson’s相关系数和Spearman相关系数分别为0.908、0.775,均为P<0.01;声调构成比的Pearson’s相关系数r=0.967,P<0.01,Spearman相关系数r>0.999,P<0.01。两者间声母、韵母和声调构成比差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.2)。该短文适度年级值为2,易读性良好。结论短文《生日礼物》可作为嗓音听感知评估的汉语普通话朗读文本,其应用价值有待进一步临床验证。
