噪声暴露人员血压血糖水平与听力损失的关系

摘要
目的探讨噪声暴露作业人员血压、血糖水平与听力损失的关系。方法采用横断面流行病学研究方法,对719例噪声暴露作业人员进行听力测试和血糖、血压检测,分析听力损失组和听力正常组与血压、血糖水平的关系。结果①719例噪声暴露作业人员中高频听力损失罹患率为19.61%(141/719);男性听力损失罹患率(23.42%,130/555)高于女性(6.70%,11/164)(P<0.01);②检出高血压120例(16.70%,120/719),听力损失人群和听力正常者中高血压检出率分别为29.08%(41/141)和13.67%(79/578),前者高于后者(P<0.05);检出高血糖85例(11.82%,85/719),听力损失者和听力正常者中高血糖检出率分别为21.99%(31/141)和9.34%(54/578),前者高于后者(P<0.01);③高血压组、高血糖组2 0008 000Hz纯音气导听阈提高(P<0.05),2 0008 000Hz纯音气导听阈提高(P<0.05),2 0008 000Hz DPOAE反应幅值下降(P<0.01),4 0008 000Hz DPOAE反应幅值下降(P<0.01),4 0008 000Hz信噪比均降低(P<0.05);ABR高刺激速率(51.1次/秒)时两组波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期均延长(P<0.05)。结论高血压、高血糖可与噪声协同作用,加重听力损害。
