骨髓基质干细胞及其在内耳移植中的应用

<正>骨髓包括造血系统和基质系统,骨髓基质干细胞(bone marrow stromalstem cells,BMSC)是来源于基质系统并且具有多向分化能力的一类细胞。Friendenstein于1968年首先利用贴壁培养法分离获得BMSC,并对其分化能力进行了研究[1]。BMSC因来源广,易取材、分离、培养和增殖,能够进行自体移植,避免了移植排斥反应,克服了伦理学问题,并且容易被外源性基因转染,近几年成为现代生物学和医学的研究热点。本文对BMSC及其在内耳移植中的应用进行综述。1 BMSC的生物学特征1.1 BMSC的来源和分化能力BMSC是来源于
