<正>嗓音疾病(voice disorders)是指声音在音质、音量、音调及发音持续时间等方面的异常,通常按发病机制可分为器质性、功能性嗓音疾病及心因性发声障碍[1]。其治疗方式有手术治疗及非手术治疗,非手术治疗方式又包括行为干预、嗓音治疗(voice therapy)、药物治疗、中医药治疗等。随着喉显微手术的发展,临床医师对于嗓音疾病的治疗更倾向于手术治疗,而往往忽略了非手术治疗的重要性,但临
