分泌性中耳炎发病机制的研究进展

<正>分泌性中耳炎(secretory otitis media,SOM)是一种以中耳腔积液、耳闷、听力下降为主要特点的临床常见多发病,儿童发病率高于成人。其发病机制及病因迄今尚未完全阐明,咽鼓管的机械性阻塞及功能障碍是共认的重要发病原因之一,感染及免疫反应在SOM发病中的作用机制则是目前研究的热点。现将SOM的发病机制学说进行综述,为该病的进一步研究提供参考。1咽鼓管机械性阻塞及功能障碍Cunsolo等[1]报道,咽鼓管机械性阻塞及功能
