文化差异与音乐感知的相关性分析

摘要
目的评价中国和外国听力正常者的音乐感知能力,分析文化差异与音乐感知的相关性,以期为我国人工耳蜗植入者音乐感知的评估及其评估工具的设计开发提供依据。方法使用慕尼黑音乐经验问卷(Munich music questionnaire,MUMU)和人工耳蜗音乐评估软件(musical sounds in cochlear implant,MuSIC)分别对40例实验组(中国听力正常者)和对照组(外国听力正常者)进行音乐聆听行为评估和音乐感知能力测试,实验组与对照组音乐经验相互匹配。结果对照组F3音调辨别、旋律辨别结果明显好于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组C4音调辨别、节奏辨别与和旋律辨别测试结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组情感与不和谐音测试结果基本一致。结论外国受试者音乐感知好于中国受试者,文化差异对音乐感知能力尤其是旋律感知有一定影响。
