植入年龄对语前聋人工耳蜗植入儿童开放式词汇识别的影响

摘要
目的探讨植入年龄对语前聋儿童植入人工耳蜗术后开放式词汇识别能力的影响。方法采用标准版汉语普通话儿童词汇相邻性测试词表(standard-Chinese version of the lexical neighborhood test)对248例语前聋人工耳蜗植入儿童进行开放式言语识别测试,分析植入年龄与开放式言语识别率的关系。结果①双音节易词、双音节难词、单音节易词、单音节难词的正确识别率分别为64.7%、50.8%、58.3%、45.1%,双音节词正确识别率高于单音节词,易词正确识别率高于难词;②植入年龄对开放式词汇识别有显著影响,随植入年龄增加,开放式词汇识别率呈整体下降趋势;对双音节易词及单音节难词的词汇识别影响显著的年龄分界点分别为1岁和3岁;对双音节难词和单音节易词的词汇识别影响显著的年龄分界点分别为1岁、3岁和5岁。结论植入年龄显著影响开放式词汇识别,早期植入有利于开放式词汇识别的习得。
