摘要
目的研究听力正常新生儿不同时间间隔前掩蔽听性脑干反应的特征,探讨最适宜前掩蔽记录的时间间隔。方法对30例(60耳)听力正常的新生儿分别进行前掩蔽条件下4、8、16、32ms间隔刺激声的ABR检测,以无掩蔽下的常规ABR为参照,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果除掩蔽间隔4ms的波Ⅲ潜伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ波间期外,前掩蔽条件下不同时间间隔(4、8、16、32ms)的潜伏期及波间期均较常规ABR延长(P<0.01),其中掩蔽间隔8ms时潜伏期及波间期延长最明显、最稳定。结论新生儿前掩蔽ABR的波潜伏期及波间期延长与掩蔽刺激间隔时间相关。掩蔽刺激间隔时间8ms(强度80dB nHL)更适宜新生儿前掩蔽听性脑干反应的记录。
