Chirp声诱发ABR的研究现状

摘要
<正>听性脑干反应(ABR)是临床常用的听觉诱发电位测试方法之一;测试声有短声及短纯音,其中短声ABR应用最为广泛。短声ABR的优点是反应波形清晰易于辨认,其中波V的反应阈接近行为听阈,测试所需时间相对较短,各反应波的发生源比较明确,在正常人、不同听力损失的人群以及不同年龄的人群中研究及应用广泛,测试数据丰富,反应结果稳定可靠。近些年来,用一种新的、人工合成的chirp声诱发ABR的报道越来越多,本文对chirp
