<正>良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)是常见的外周性前庭疾病,在耳鼻咽喉科相关眩晕疾病中占首位,其后依次为梅尼埃病(Meniere’s disease,MD)、前庭神经炎。对于BPPV的认识,大多临床医生甚至患者都有类似的过程,即"误诊—确诊—泛化"。由于临床表现类似,加之对BPPV认识不足,容易将BPPV的患
