老年听障调查表对老年性聋患者纯音测听的补充作用

摘要

目的探讨老年听障调查表(hearing handicap inventory for the elderly,HHIE)对老年性聋患者纯音测听的补充作用。方法对100例(男55例,女45例)年龄大于65岁、以听力下降超过一年为主诉的感音性聋患者分别行纯音测听和HHIE评估,并分析其结果。结果 30例纯音听阈为轻度听力损失患者的HHIE平均得分30.5±7分,为轻至中度听力障碍,其中5例得分≥43分,为重度听力障碍,占16.67%(5/30);45例纯音听阈为中度听力损失患者的HHIE平均得分41.3±5分,为轻至中度听力障碍,其中16例得分≥43分,为重度听力障碍,占35.56%(16/45);25例纯音听阈为重度听力损失患者的HHIE平均得分83.6±8分,均为重度听力障碍。结论纯音测听不能全面评估老年性聋患者的听力障碍程度,老年性聋与多种因素有关,HHIE可作为纯音测听的补充,用于老年性聋的临床评估。
