噪声习服对风洞噪声致听觉损伤的保护作用

The Protection of Sound Conditioning against Hearing Loss Induced by Wind Tunnel Noise

摘要
目的探讨噪声习服对风洞噪声致听觉损伤的保护作用。方法取健康成年豚鼠100只,随机分为噪声习服后暴露组(A组)和直接暴露组(B组)各50只。A组动物先连续七天暴露于习服噪声后再连续七天暴露于模拟强风洞噪声,B组直接暴露于模拟强风洞噪声7天。分别于实验前、习服噪声暴露后、模拟强风洞噪声暴露后检测各组豚鼠ABR反应阈。结果 A组实验前、习服后、强风洞噪声暴露后ABR反应阈分别为13.45±4.96、20.41±8.22、28.58±10.19dB SPL,B组实验前、强风洞噪声暴露后ABR反应阈分别为:14.88±4.47、26.57±9.89dB SPL。强风洞噪声暴露后A组豚鼠ABR反应阈阈移(8.18±7.96dB)小于B组(11.69±10.92dB)(P<0.05)。结论习服噪声和强风洞噪声暴露均可引起听力损失,但噪声习服可对其后强风洞噪声暴露导致的听力损伤有一定的保护作用。
