不同日龄乳鼠耳蜗外毛细胞底部Prestin蛋白的分布

摘要

目的探讨不同日龄乳鼠耳蜗外毛细胞(OHC)底部Prestin蛋白的分布。方法分别取3、7、10日龄的Wistar乳鼠单离的耳蜗OHC,利用Prestin特异性抗体染色,在荧光显微镜下观察Prestin蛋白在单离OHC底部细胞膜上的表达与分布。结果 3天组乳鼠单离OHC底部细胞膜无Prestin蛋白的阳性染色;7天和10天组乳鼠的OHC底部细胞膜的中央部分可见Prestin蛋白的阳性染色。3、7、10天组中OHC基底膜上Prestin蛋白的光密度值分别为0.001±0.000、0.868±0.033、1.007±0.012,各时间点之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同日龄乳鼠OHC基底膜Prestin蛋白的分布存在差异,随月龄增加,Prestin蛋白表达逐渐增强。
