质子泵抑制剂治疗咽喉反流性疾病的初期疗效观察

摘要

目的评估质子泵抑制剂治疗咽喉反流性疾病的初期疗效。方法将2010年12月至2011年6月根据反流症状指数量表(RSI)和反流检查计分量表(RFS)评分诊断为咽喉反流性疾病的51例患者随机分为两组,A组(26例)仅让患者进行生活饮食调节;B组(25例)则在生活饮食调节的基础上,口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20mg,一日两次,2个月后,再次进行RSI评分,评估两组疗效。结果 A组总有效率为26.92%(7/26),B组为72.0%(18/25),A组总有效率明显低于B组(χ2=10.36,P<0.05)。结论质子泵抑制剂治疗咽喉反流性疾病初期疗效较满意。
