<正>microRNA(miRNA)183家族由3个同源miR-NA组成(miR-183,miR-96和miR-182),长约4kb,在眼、鼻及内耳的特定感觉细胞中有充分的表达,对内耳的发展过程有着重要的影响[1,2]。因此,miRNA183家族在听觉及听力损失中的作用开始被关注,有观点认为其成员特定区域的突变可能为听力损失的重要因素之一[3],但仍存在争议。本文
