耳鸣动物模型的研究进展

<正>耳鸣指在无外界声、光刺激下,患者耳内或颅内的声音感觉,一般多作为疾病的并发症出现[1]。耳鸣的发病机制至今仍不清楚,但目前有研究表明耳鸣的产生不仅是由听觉系统兴奋抑制失衡导致的,听觉系统与自主神经系统、边缘系统间的信号传递也参与了耳鸣的形成,并造成中枢神经系统的重塑[2]。在中国,虽然没有确切的流行病学统计数据,但据估计耳鸣患者有1.2亿,约占总人口的10%[3]。
