糖皮质激素治疗大前庭水管综合征患者各频率听力损失的疗效分析

摘要

目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗大前庭水管综合征患者不同频率听力损失的效果。方法 30例确诊为大前庭水管综合征的患者给予口服强的松(1mg/kg)、金纳多、B族维生素治疗,治疗前后行纯音测听,统计分析各频率的听阈变化情况。结果 30例患者0.25、0.5、1、2、4kHz各频率治疗前、后平均听阈分别为58.45±7.21、63.15±10.24、72.81±9.01、80.84±8.46、85.31±6.23dB HL和40.10±8.57、49.24±9.85、65.08±8.34、76.27±7.56、83.47±5.05dB HL,治疗后0.25、0.5kHz的听阈较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而1kHz及以上频率听力改变差异无统计学意义。结论口服糖皮质激素及改善微循环、神经营养药物可改善大前庭水管综合征患者的低频听力,对高频听力损失无明显效果。
