人工耳蜗植入电极输出频率与耳蜗基底膜特征频率失匹配的研究进展

摘要

<正>人工耳蜗是一种为重度、极重度听力损失者恢复或获得听力的一种电子装置。此装置通过将声音信号转变为电信号直接刺激听神经纤维,从而产生听觉。然而人工耳蜗植入者术后听力康复情况和言语识别能力存在差异,这除了受患者耳聋发生的年龄、耳聋时间长短、螺旋神经节存活情况、人工耳蜗植入年龄、电极是否成功插入、可用电极数量、植入后康复训练时间、有无其他残疾(如认知障碍)、言语
